Featuring some of our favourite dishes from the South and some connected to personal holiday memories along the Mediterranean, this menu celebrates vibrant produce, elegant coastal cooking and the spirit of high summer. For one evening in Nottingham, we invite you to experience un été sur la Côte d’Azur, a taste of warm sea air, sunlit terraces and long, lingering dinners as the sun sets.
