Featuring some of our favourite dishes from the South and some connected to personal holiday memories along the Mediterranean, this menu celebrates vibrant produce, elegant coastal cooking and the spirit of high summer. For one evening in Nottingham, we invite you to experience un été sur la Côte d’Azur, a taste of warm sea air, sunlit terraces and long, lingering dinners as the sun sets. A moment of escape, a touch of nostalgia and a little Mediterranean sunshine brought to your table.

Served with a French Spritz cocktail

Pissaladière

Traditional Niçoise flatbread topped with slow-caramelised onions, anchovies and black olives.


ENTRÉE

Tartare de thon

Hand-cut tuna tartare on socca (traditional chickpea flatbread), dressed with rosemary-infused oil and accompanied by aioli


PLAT 

Loup de mer en croûte de sel

Sea bass baked in a sea salt crust, served with infused olive oil dressing, rosemary roasted potatoes and a layered Provençal vegetable tian


FROMAGE

Salade de chèvre chaud

Grilled goat’s cheese on toasted bread, served over mixed leaves with walnuts and sun-dried tomatoes


DESSERT

Assiette gourmande

A quartet of mini desserts from the Côte d’Azur, accompanied by homemade thyme liqueur: Tarte Tropézienne (a brioche-style cake filled with vanilla cream); peach and lavender cream; lemon and basil sorbet and traditional Provençal biscuit
